On the stick again, I have not seen the Great Tit in my garden since the New Years Day... though I have seen it elsewhere on the Isle since. Also the bird has now been ringed for ornithological study.

1 sometimes 2 birds have been using my Twitching Trees & Stick for a little over a month now. 

The Great Tit is very active... finally I was able to capture a few descent record photos. 

             

My son & I think this is sort of hilarious...

A Beautiful Bird

Black & blue with copper & white spots, what a stunner!

Hard to believe this is just a common..... Starling?  

Even it's Latin name Sturnus vulgaris tells of how people generally feel about these birds.
